My high school has a mission to "enable students to become enlightened, compassionate and contributing citizens of our global community.” To further this mission, it has in place a Global Leadership Program where students analyze global issues through coursework, guest lectures, and a student-led symposium. Past topics have included global healthcare, U.S.-China relations, food and hunger, and education.
